1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available).

Please note that processing time may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within Malaysia.

If you require international shipping, please contact us before placing your order at:

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to regions where vaping products are restricted or prohibited by law.


3. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery times within Malaysia:

  • West Malaysia: 1–3 business days

  • East Malaysia: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services, weather conditions, customs checks (if applicable), or other factors beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or force majeure events.


4. SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns where applicable).

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.


5. ORDER TRACKING

If tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


6. FAILED DELIVERY / INCORRECT ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.


7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  2. Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a reasonable solution, which may include replacement or refund where appropriate.


8. DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

  • We may require age verification upon delivery.

  • Orders may require a signature upon receipt.

  • We do not ship to areas where vaping products are legally restricted.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordering vaping products is legal in their location.
