At MyVapronX, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

You may request a return if:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is unused and in its original, sealed packaging

Due to the nature of vaping products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used disposable vape devices

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Change of mind after the package has been opened

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return

  3. Attach clear photos or videos (if the item is defective or damaged)

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days and provide return instructions if approved.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns where applicable).

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to other eligible reasons, shipping arrangements will be communicated during approval.


5. REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Do not dispose of the item until instructed

depending on the situation.


7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Used disposable vape devices

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day return window

  • Clearance or promotional items (if stated as final sale)


8. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure.


9. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Due to the consumable nature of vaping products, customers are responsible for proper handling and storage after delivery.

We are not responsible for product performance issues caused by:

  • Improper use

  • Accidental damage
